Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we do not ship internationally.


When will my order ship?

Expedited/Express orders ship out within 1-2 business day, standard orders ship out within 1-3 business days. Depends on what time of the day your order is received.

 

When will my order arrive?

Standard/Ground or First Class should take 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Expedited/Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Express Overnight shipping takes 1-2 business days.


Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

With the exception of our weekly drops, we can try accommodating your requests. Contact us during our store hours to let us know how we can assist you.


I accidentally put the wrong address. What should I do?

Please call us or text (202)997-3116 during our store hours, or email us at SUPPORT@HATDREAMS.COM as soon as possible.

 

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Make sure you add your email address when completing your purchase, this is the only way you’ll get an email confirming your purchase.

If you couldn’t find the email in your inbox please check your spam folder.

If you used your phone number to complete your order you should receive a text message instead.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, a tracking number will automatically be sent to your email.

 


Can I make an exchange or get a refund ?

Unused, unwashed, brand new hats and apparels (with the exception of white caps) can be exchanged or returned if all tags are still attached and all accessories are included (if any).

Socks, Underwear and Sale items cannot be returned.

Our custom caps are final sale. No returns, exchanges or cancellations are allowed.

 

My package was scanned delivered but I did not receive it?

 Unfortunately, a delivery scan by the UPS or USPS is the extent of our liability for a shipment. If your package is scanned delivered, we can supply you with a copy of your shipping label to verify that it was actually shipped to the right address. But it is important to note that we assume no liability for the package past its delivery scan. We strongly recommend addressing this with your local postman or UPS driver to locate the package. It is also advisable that you purchase signature on delivery at checkout to make sure your package is handed to you in person. 

 

Why has by order not shipped

 Unfortunately, on rare occasions, we may have items out of stock due to items selling out at our store. We try our best to keep a solid inventory but from time to time some items are do sell out fast before we can adjust our inventory. We will email you and ask for other options. Please check your email if item does not ship out right away or call us.

 

Do you restock your custom New Era hats?

 Sometimes Best-sellers do get restocked, but it can take 2 months or longer.

We are open 7 days a week:

M-Sat 11am - 8pm est

Sun 12pm - 5pm est
